Description :Pregnant women and women of all ages are invited to come learn how to keep a healthy pelvic floor during pregnancy, to prepare for childbirth, how to get in shape safely in the postnatal period and how to prevent or help to treat perineal problems such as urine leakage, with a physiotherapist specialized in perineal rehabilitation.
